There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES!! Once you make a purchase, the purchase is yours! We accept custom requests, but with a request comes a 5$ deposit, you can make all custom requests to our instagram profile. Please allow up to a week for shipping, taxes and shipping included in purchase.
